College Admissions & Career Planning Program

About this program:

Applying to college admissions causes stress, consumes time and energy, and it also involves a lot of expenses. However, with proper training and guidance, one can avoid this stress, time and money waste, and rejections.

This intensive course introduces high school and university students to numerous aspects of the college admissions process and career planning so that they can pursue the career that will bring them satisfaction and success in life. The course is also for potential school and college admission / career advisors or counselors who are either new to the field or those who want to upskill.

During this course, students and counselors develop deeper understanding of key factors such as how one’s college choice can affect one’s career and life; when to start planning an application; choosing the “right” college; the application process; financial aid; the impact of standardized test scores and extra – curricular activities, and many more.

Upon completion, students should be able to make the right decision about the career to follow and should be able to apply for themselves. For college counselors/ advisors, they are equipped with the knowledge and skills that allow them to make successful application.
